UConn preceptors are invaluable partners in providing the experience and guidance our students need to become highly qualified health care professionals.

Preceptors are teachers and mentors that facilitate clinical experiences at their individual workplaces, and this website is designed as a resource for those working with our family and adult-gerontology nurse practitioner students in the acute and primary care settings. We are always looking for new and exciting experiences for our students.

This website was supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under grant  D09HP29980  Advanced Nursing Education Grant  ($1,690,873 over 3 years).
